This exciting event is open to all D41 5th graders from Ben Franklin, Churchill, Forest Glen & Lincoln. Event will include photo booth, professional DJ with dancers to lead the crowd, and snacks. This event will be the gym at Churchill school (240 Geneva Rd.).
Please purchase tickets by Tuesday, April 30
IMPORTANT: Your purchase of a ticket to this event serves as your consent for your student to attend the event. This will be noted on your electronic receipt. Therefore, by registering online, you do NOT need to turn in a separate permission slip.
